Mayank Pandey

Mayank Pandey is a Team Lead with 9 years of experience in software development, specializing in PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and modern JavaScript frameworks including Next.js and React. Before he transitioned into software, he spent close to 8 years in the telecom industry as a BSS (Business Support Systems) Engineer, giving him a rare blend of deep telecom domain knowledge and full-stack web development expertise. This dual background allows him to bring a systems-level understanding of business processes into the architecture and delivery of the web applications he builds today.

As a Team Lead, Mayank combines hands-on technical execution with client-facing delivery, guiding his team through complex, high-stakes projects while ensuring technical decisions stay aligned with real business outcomes. His experience spans legacy PHP frameworks to modern headless architectures, reflecting his ability to adapt and grow alongside a constantly shifting technology landscape.

He holds a B.Tech from Punjab Technical University (PTU) and was born and raised in Kirtinagar, a small town nestled in the hills of Uttarakhand, where he completed his early education before pursuing his engineering studies. This grounding in a close-knit hill town shaped the discipline and steady, patient approach he brings to both his technical work and his leadership style.

Outside of work, Mayank is a music enthusiast who enjoys playing musical instruments in his downtime, and he has a growing interest in fitness and reading. He approaches both his career and personal life with a quiet philosophy he holds close — one that shows more in how he works and leads than in words.
