“Nothing can withstand the power of the human will if it is willing to stake its very existence to the extent of its purpose.” - Benjamin Disraeli.

I am Rashmi Kaushik, working as a blogger, Software Consultant, and Subject Matter Expert at Cynoteck Technology Solutions Ltd.

Although I did my graduation and post-graduation in the field of medical science, as destiny would have it, I got my first career break at an IT company, and, due to unavoidable circumstances, I reluctantly accepted the role.

After a decade, I feel blessed and thankful that destiny favored me and gave me the kind of opportunity that I could never ever had imagined. I believe hard work, dedication, willingness, desire to succeed, and determination are the collective keys that can open the lock of success.

I have managed to successfully establish my career in the IT field, and I am always ready to take the initiative for the work that I find challenging.

I have been multitasking in my organization and enhancing my skills with each passing day. As the IT industry is an ever-evolving industry, one needs to keep skills updated to survive in this industry. Therefore, I try to stay up to date by learning new technologies, earning certifications to deepen my knowledge, attending webinars, and participating in ongoing workshops. I am MB-200: Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core certified. I also possess strong expertise in AWS cloud-based technology and am a certified AWS Solutions Architect and Developer.
