Pooja Sharma

Pooja Sharma is a seasoned Technical Project Manager with over 12 years of experience leading complex, high-impact projects across healthcare, e-commerce, education, and technology domains. With a strong foundation in Open Source technologies, she has successfully transitioned from a Software Consultant to a strategic leadership role, consistently demonstrating ownership, adaptability, and a people-first management approach. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Uttarakhand Technical University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Her continuous learning mindset is reflected in certifications such as Generative AI for Project Managers, CPMAI, and Prompt Engineering. She is particularly passionate about exploring how AI can enhance project delivery, decision-making, and operational efficiency. 

Pooja brings deep expertise in end-to-end project management, with a strong ability to balance structure with agility. She has hands-on experience across both traditional and Agile methodologies, enabling her to effectively manage evolving project landscapes. Her strengths lie in breaking down complex problems, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

Known for her analytical thinking and attention to detail, Pooja focuses on building scalable systems, improving workflows, and driving predictable outcomes, even in high-pressure environments. Beyond execution, she is deeply interested in creating meaningful impact through her work, whether by improving team dynamics, enhancing user experiences, or building solutions that solve real-world problems. 

Outside of her professional life, Pooja finds balance and inspiration in gardening, organizing spaces, and engaging in simple creative pursuits like painting. Growing up in an Army family and studying across various Air Force and Army cantonments in different cities, she developed adaptability, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility early in life, qualities that continue to shape her professional journey today. 

She is currently exploring opportunities to integrate creativity, technology, and problem-solving into her own ventures, with a long-term vision of building something impactful, especially in areas that support well-being, learning, and everyday life.
